Non Alcoholic Blackberry Mojito

- 5-6 blackberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4-5 leaves fresh mint
- ½ cup fresh orange juice (preferably chilled)
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water or soda (plain with no sugar)
- 1 teaspoon agave or honey (more or less according to taste)
- ice cubes (for serving)
In a small bowl muddle blackberries and mint leaves for a few seconds. Transfer the muddled blackberries into a serving glass
Add a few ice cubes, lime juice, orange juice and sparkling water or soda. Give it a gentle mix and adjust sweetener according to your taste.
- If you do not have muddler use the back of a wooden spatula to muddle the blackberries and mint leaves
- You can also use grape juice instead of orange juice which equally tastes good
- If you want to make an alcoholic version then feel free to use your favorite wine instead of orange juice
