Super-quick Sautéed Brussels Sprouts With Garlic & Parmesan
Fresh shredded brussels sprouts are sautéed with some garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a very little oil. A healthy and perfect side dish that you can prepare in no time.

- 1 lb brussels sprouts (see helpful notes section above) thinly sliced
- 2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
- ½ tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
In small mixing bowl combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, fresh parsley, salt and pepper. Set it aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant for about 30-40 sec.
Add shredded brussels sprouts. Cook for 3-4 mins. or until the quantity reduces.
Then add parmesan mixture and sauté for another 2-3 min.
Optionally, garnish with some more parmesan cheese and dried cranberries.
