This dip is prepared using only healthy ingredients. It does not contain any cheese or cream, and therefore it is low in saturated fat. It contains non-fat greek yogurt that gives a rich, creamy texture to this dip.
5-Minute Easy Avocado Dip
- 1 ripe avocado pulp removed
- ½ cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- ½ lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon skim milk
- salt and pepper
- Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until well blended
- Store it in airtight container in the refrigerator
