    Ingredients

    • 1 ripe avocado pulp removed
    • ½ cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon dried chives
    • ½ lemon juiced
    • 2 tablespoon skim milk
    • salt and pepper

    Instructions

    • Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until well blended
    • Store it in airtight container in the refrigerator

      I never thought of adding greek yogurt to avocados because, um, I am usually so impatient with eating avocados that I just mash them up with some salt and pepper and gobble it up! This sounds so good! Thanks for sharing at Thursday Favorite Things!
