Delicious and filling! Didn't have any dates sounded 1 tsp of honey instead. Love this smoothie.

This smoothie is delicious! First, I blended the dates and oats with the milk (I used coconut). This helped break up the chunkier items before I added the rest. Then I added a frozen banana instead of a fresh one, because I like my smoothies thicker. And finally, I added the peanut butter as well as some raw cocoa powder (1/2 tbsp.) for a chocolatey flavour.
Hello Kristin! I am glad you loved this smoothie. And thank you for letting us know. Chocolaty flavor sounds interesting. I will try it next time 🙂

Yum!!! I never thought about putting dates in a smoothie!! This looks like a great 'end-of-pregnancy' smoothy since I try and eat 6 dates a day to try and strengthen my uterus.
