I always try to find ways to include whole grains into our diet. And while experimenting with this recipe, I added brown rice to chili and I can say for sure that it did not let me down with my experiment. Thats how this Easy Turkey Chili with Brown Rice is born. By the way you, could also prepare this using Bulgur Wheat and it turns out delicious too.
Howย easy it is!ย Because again itย is a one pot meal. I am sure you will agree with me, that one pot meals are so convenient and less messy to prepare.ย Perfect for weeknight dinners.ย Isn’t it?ย Theย onlyย downsideย of this dish is its cooking time.ย Brown riceย usuallyย takes quite a bit of time to cook. Otherwise,ย this dish would be ready in under 30 mins.ย if you use Bulgur Wheat.

This looks so good! I love chili, but I never thought about adding rice! DUH! I love a stuffed bell pepper soup too, perhaps I could marry the 2 of these with your recipe? Just add the green bell pepper! Delish! And then top with a bit of cheese and sour cream! Girl, you got me wanting some soup for dinner! Pinned, stumbled and yummed! I’m going to try this! Thanks.
