    Helpful Tips!

    • Always purchase extra firm tofu for this type of recipe.
    • Drain excess water from the tofu by using a tofu press. Or just wrap the tofu block in thick layers of paper towels and place something heavy on top of it.
    • Use greek yogurt for marination as it contains less water.
    • Marinate tofu and veggies in the marinade for sufficient time to get more flavors.
    • Buy dark colored, firm bell peppers with green and fresh looking stem.

I’ve always been put off by Tofu. Although I know there are plenty of health benefits to eating it, there’s just something about it. This recipe looks really appetizing, and as my mom is a lover of Tofu it’s definitely a recipe I’ll be trying. I love how you give all the nutritional facts and the tips on how to choose the Tofu that’s perfect for this. The pictures are amazing. Thank you
